Our staff will be happy to assist you with your specific requests. A processing fee is added to all ticket sales.

3. Order by Mail
Please include your name, address, daytime phone, check or valid credit card number and expiration date, plus the event for which you would like tickets, the number of tickets and price of tickets. A processing fee is added to all ticket sales. Please call the Box Office for the processing fee for a specific event.

Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Fax us your name, address, daytime phone, valid credit card number and expiration date, plus the event for which you would like tickets, the number of tickets and price of tickets. 5. Ticket Outlets
Tickets for most shows are also available at all TICKETMASTER outlets including most Boscov’s and Hechts stores. TICKETMASTER will accept your phone orders Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 9 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 6 PM. Phone 717-260-2000 or 215-336-2000. A service charge will be added at ticket outlets.

Ordering Tickets for Accessible Seats
The fully accessible GIANT Center Box Office is open Monday-Saturday, 9 AM - 5 PM. All accessible ticketing needs should be made through the GIANT Center Box Office. Tickets can be purchased in person or by phone at 717-534-3911, TTY 717-534-8955. Wheelchair and companion seating is available on all levels of the facility. HERSHEY BEARS Season Tickets also available.

Ordering Tickets for Children
Children ages 2 and older will require a ticket for most events.
