Suite Tickets to HERSHEY BEARS Games
The Suite Administrator will receive suite tickets and parking passes
for every HERSHEY BEARS regular season home game prior to the season.
Suite Tickets to Other Events
Suite ticket requests for events not covered in your license agreement
should be directed to the Premium Seating Coordinator. Event notification
and order forms will be faxed or emailed to the Suite Administrator
for each non-covered event. It will be the Administrator’s
responsibility to determine the number of tickets needed for each
event and respond via the order form. These tickets will be charged
to the credit card on file or the credit card the Suite Administrator
provides, unless otherwise specified on the ticket order form.
Corresponding event parking passes will be issued with the tickets
for the event.
Additional Suite Tickets
Suite Owners have the right to purchase up to five (5) additional
standing room only tickets for their suite. Ticket prices for all
events will be included in the fax and/or email.
General Seating
Suite Owners who wish to purchase general seating, in addition to
their suite tickets, must contact the Premium Seating Coordinator.
For some events GIANT Center may not be able to offer this amenity
due to promoter specifications. Be assured, however, we will attempt
to accommodate your requests. The location of these seats will
be determined on a show-by-show basis in conjunction with the show
promoter and the Premium Seating Coordinator.
Pick-Up and Delivery of Suite Tickets
GIANT Center Box Office provides four methods for the pick-up and
delivery of suite tickets. It will be the responsibility of the
Suite Administrator to indicate which method is preferred:
Regular Mail
If you select the regular mail delivery of suite tickets, GIANT
Center will need your order at least ten (10) days before the
event. For your protection, the Box Office will only mail tickets
to the address on file with the Premium Seating Department.
Overnight Delivery
Overnight delivery of tickets will require at least 24 hours to
process the order. GIANT Center will send it by an overnight
courier. If you have an overnight courier account number, you
may write it in the space provided on the suite ticket order
form. If you do not have an account number, the Premium Seating
Department will charge your primary card on file for the overnight
delivery cost.
Messenger Pick Up
You may designate a messenger to pick up your tickets at GIANT
Center Box Office. The messenger must have the following information: A.) Company
Name; B.) Suite Number; C.) Event
Name and Date; D.) Photo ID.
Will Call Pick Up
When leaving tickets at the Will Call window in the GIANT Center
Box Office, the name of the individual for whom the tickets are
intended must be provided. This person will be required to provide
photo identification.
Obstructed View Events and Relocation
Depending on stage design and configuration, certain suites may have
an obstructed view for some events. This will be determined on
an event-by-event basis. Any Suite Owner whose location is classified
as obstructed by any act or promoter may use their suite to entertain
guests before, during, and after the event based on promoter approval.
In addition, the Premium Seating Department will contact the Suite
Administrator to make alternate seating arrangements.
Lost/Stolen Tickets
If your tickets have been lost or stolen, please contact the Premium
Seating Department at 717-534-8965 to make alternate arrangements.
Only the Suite Owner or the Suite Administrator should report lost
or stolen tickets.
Purchase Policy
The Suite Administrator will receive all original confirmations,
billings, receipts, etc. and accept primary responsibility for
ticket purchases. All ticket orders must be processed through the
Premium Seating Department and paid for prior to the event with
a credit card, check, or cash. Make checks payable to GIANT Center.
Credit cards accepted are: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American
Express. We recommend that each Suite Administrator return the
corresponding event order notifications with the necessary payment
information attached. Receipts will accompany the completed ticket
order for your records.
