Suite Policies
Suite Administrator
To facilitate and simplify communication between you, the Premium
Seating Department and Food & Beverage Services, it is important
for each suite to appoint one person as its official Suite Administrator.
Once this is completed, all information will be directed to this
person. If more than one company leases the suite, please designate
one person from each leasing party as a Suite Administrator.
Event Notification
All Suite Administrators will receive a priority fax or email announcing
all upcoming events. At this time, you will have the ability to
purchase suite tickets for that particular event.
Event Host
Many times the host/hostess at a specific event is not the Suite
Administrator. We recommend there be only one individual allowed
signing privileges for each event. For your convenience, we have
provided a place on the catering order form to enter the Event
Host's name for the specific event. This will also assist us in
providing personal service in each suite.
Suite Parking
Each Suite Administrator will receive parking passes for the private
Suite Parking Lot, located just west of GIANT Center and just outside
the private suite entrance. Parking passes are good for one space
each. There will be no individually reserved parking spaces.
GIANT Center and Suite Access
To access the suites you should enter via the private suite entrance
located on the west side of GIANT Center. Anyone entering GIANT
Center at the private suite entrance must have a suite ticket to
access the suite level.
The private suite entrance will open 1 1/2 hours prior to an event.
Following an event, suite patrons will be permitted to remain in
their suite for one (1) hour. When there are multiple events on one
day, this time may vary.
Suite Check-In Policy
When suite patrons arrive at the private suite entrance, their tickets
will be checked by a GIANT Center suite concierge or guest services
representative. Once the suite patrons have arrived on the suite
level, they will be directed to their suite.
Departure Policy
If a suite patron chooses to leave the suite level at any time during
an event, a suite ticket must be presented in order to return to
the suite level.
Housekeeping
Following every event, the suite is fully cleaned by GIANT Center
housekeeping staff. Regular servicing includes dusting, vacuuming,
and garbage removal. Full carpet care will be provided periodically.
If your suite requires cleaning during an event, please contact your
Suite Attendant. Please report any damages to your Suite Attendant.
Note: When there are multiple events on the same day, use of the
suite prior to and after each event may be restricted as necessary
to provide proper cleaning.
Smoking
GIANT Center is a smoke-free building. Smoking is not permitted within
your enclosed suite. The only designated smoking areas at GIANT
Center are the main entrance plaza and outside the private suite
entrance.
“Lights Out” Events
Certain events may be designated as “Lights Out” events,
which require that each suite remain dark while the event is in progress.
Lights in each suite will be turned off approximately five minutes
prior to the start of the event. Lighting during these events will
be controlled by a building-operated main switch so as not to distract
the performer(s).
Signage & Other Alterations
No alteration, addition,
improvement, or installation to the suite shall be made or permitted
to be made without the specific prior
written consent of Regional Arena Management. All approved alterations,
additions, improvements, or installations shall be performed or
caused to be performed by Regional Arena Management, at the Suite
Owner’s
sole cost. Please see your Suite License Agreement (Section 3)
for details.
Alcoholic Beverages
Persons under 21 years of age are not permitted to purchase or consume
alcoholic beverages.
GIANT Center reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who
is unable to produce an acceptable form of identification or who
appears to be intoxicated.
GIANT Center is dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable experience
for all of our guests. We require the Event Host to monitor and control
alcohol consumption in the suite. If you feel some of your guests
have consumed too much, please contact your suite attendant for assistance.
The sale, consumption, service, and availability of alcohol in the
suite may be restricted by the management of GIANT Center in its
sole discretion, and is subject to compliance with all applicable
governmental statutes, ordinances, and regulations.
Suite Telephone Services
Each suite is equipped with its own telephone. There will be no
charge for local calls. All lines are restricted for long distance
calls. Alternate billing, such as collect, calling card, or operator
assisted calls may be made directly from your suite.
Recording of Events
Unauthorized filming, video or audio taping, photographs, records,
and all other depictions of GIANT Center and/or events are prohibited.
Distribution of Advertisements, Solicitations & Canvassing
Distribution of advertisements, solicitations, and canvassing are
prohibited in the public areas of GIANT Center unless approved by
GIANT Center Management. Distribution of advertisements, solicitations,
and canvassing within your suite, among the Suite Owner’s invited
guests is permissible.
